During my stay, the hospitality truly stood out. The receptionist went above and beyond, helping me recover my lost bag containing important medications. Their kindness made a lasting impression.

However, the room could use some updates. I noticed mold around the air duct, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, some kitchenware was missing despite having a microwave.

The Kolmar Inn offered a clean, efficient stay right by the airport. The room featured a good-sized TV and effective heating, which made it comfortable. However, the space felt very small, and the strong smell of cleaning products required us to air out the room. Finding the carpark was somewhat challenging due to its unclear layout. The staff was polite, yet it could have been more welcoming at times. While the price was reasonable for the convenience, the noise from other guests at night disrupted our sleep. Overall, it served its purpose for a quick stay before an early flight, but improvements in room insulation and clearer directions to the carpark would enhance the experience.
